Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mail box account you wish to forward emails from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
